21 Day Meditation Challenge Day 19: I Am
Introduction to I Am
Hello and welcome to Day 19. I’ve found there’s something incredibly powerful about the power of saying “I am” and a word after it. I wasn’t very healthy before I started this quest, and I don’t always have the best days, but I have the manifestation within myself “I am healthy”, and I like to focus on this and say it to myself sometimes. I also don’t find myself to be the most courageous or outspoken person, so I like to take some words that make me feel a little bit more powerful and wrap them into a beautiful mantra that I’m going to present to you next. By listening to these words, I found myself empowered to become a bigger and better version of myself and what I want to be. I find myself filled with confidence, power, and acceptance. And more light and love. I feel happier about myself, and I find that I am able to love myself more. I hope that these words have the same effect on you, and you find yourself being more fulfilled through listening to these words. Feel free to make up your own mantras in your own “I am” statements that you find to be the most resonant for you. Write them around your house. Put them on big, giant postie notes and post them everywhere so you can see them. You hold the potential to be whatever you choose to be. Meditation helps take you in that direction. You are amazing.
