6 Phase From The Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishen Lakhiani
I wrote these out because despite how these should be available on the mindvalley.com/extraordinary webpage, I can’t get it to load, can’t get a hold of anyone through their AI chat and wanted a guide I could read, so I thought I’d type out a quick version of the 6 Phase based on The Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishen Lakhiani for easy readability.
6 Phase
1. Compassion: Loving kindness meditation starting with someone or some pet that brings you joy and love. White bubble of love. I send you love, compassion, and wish you well.
2. Gratitude:
A. 3 things I’m grateful for in my personal life
B. 3 things I’m grateful for in my work life
C. 3 things I’m grateful for in my myself
3. Forgiveness: pick one person or event to forgive (myself included)
A. Show the scene
B. Feel the anger and pain for less than 2 minutes. Express the emotions.
C. Forgive into love. What did I learn? How did this make my life better? Hurt people, hurt people.
6–15 minutes above
Vision for the future
4. Future dreams. 3 most important questions. Focus on one with emotion in three years in the future from now. Why am I so easily able to x? Why am I so successful at x?
