Exhale 21 Day Meditation Challenge Day 7: Positive Word Bath
Introduction
Today we are going to shift gears and not have a period of silence but rather have words spoken for the duration of the meditation. There are three versions of this track, a shorter, quicker version if you’d like to stick to a short meditation or feel resonance with positive words pouring and pounding through you at a quick rate, a normal, even meditation spoken much like this, and an extended version with periods of silence between words to let them sink in and feel them with your body more. I recommend the longer version, but if you feel pressed to still keep your meditation time shorter, go for the normal or quicker version. Do experiment around with the quickest version some time, see how it feels to sync up with the pounding quickness resonating through your body.
Keep an ear out for words that resonate with you the most. Any of these words or a combination of them can be chosen for a mantra in upcoming meditations. You may want to keep a notebook nearby or listen to this recording twice: once to let the words wash over you and a second time for any note taking so you don’t feel obligated to try to remember and hold on to any words as you listen to the recording.
